The Monarchs offer several programs, all starting with our Learn to Skate sessions on Monday nights where we teach the basics. Once the athlete is determined by the Coaches to be ready, they can graduate into any of several tracks:

• HeadStart Hockey 
  • Learn basic skills as part of a group session (we may be able to provide buddies if needed)
• Speed Skating
  • Participants will prepare to participate in the Special Olympics New Jersey Winter Games
  • Must be at least 8 years of age to compete.​
• Figure Skating (Coming Soon based on interest)

We welcome all special needs athletes, from age 3 and up. To compete in the Special Olympics competitions, minimum age restrictions may apply.
